We had the pleasure of working with Kim for a four-week session with our AWA+D small business coffee group, and she was truly amazing. She worked with each of us individually as well as collectively, helping us focus on our specific goals. The sessions were engaging, interactive, and full of valuable insights. I especially appreciated her honesty and straightforward approach — it was refreshing and gave us all a lot to think about. Overall, she really helped push many of us out of our comfort zones in the best way possible.

According to a study by The National Institute for Health Research, women in the United States (and Western Europe) are twice as stressed as men. Why? Even though they’re earning as much as their husbands, married women are still responsible for the bulk of unpaid invisible emotional and household labor. So how do we improve our wellbeing? The key lies in an unexpected practice that is also a quality of feminine leadership: receptivity.
Women lead differently. Studies have found that as women gain in education, employment, and wealth, a nation’s well-being rises too. Traits that research has shown, both men and women regard as feminine: intuition, community, collaboration, honesty, and empathy, not only impact the way we make decisions, negotiate but also our willingness to be seen. In this presentation, Kuhteubl talks about the essential re-brand of what it means to be “feminine” and why it's essential to being a successful leader now.
