Are You In It To Win It?

Because so many of my clients have had huge success this year, occasionally I’ll attract folks who think I’m some kind of magic bullet. And while I do love the seemingly magical opportunities that are sparked when a client’s vision is aligned with a strategic plan of action, I also know how much work was required to get there. I’m a strong believer in the “over deliver” however that comes with the caveat that I will not work harder for you on your business then you do. That doesn’t serve either of us.

When you hire me, you’re allowing me to shine a light on what is stopping you from being accountable and responsible. If don’t listen carefully, aren’t in the habit of keeping your word, can’t stick to a schedule or like to play the blame game, you’ve got your work cut out for you.

I’m not interested in being your bff or your mom. I will be a powerful player on your team but whether you win the game or not is entirely up to you. People who are successful are willing to do the things that other people aren’t to get exactly what they want. I love helping people transform the way they see their lives and business but that transformation requires your complete cooperation.

Although this journey might not be familiar, it doesn’t have to be scary, especially if the vision you’re holding in your mind’s eyes is more meaningful to you then the space you want to lift out of. Besides you’re not alone, I’m here to hustle you, if you let me.

What is one thing you can do this week to take you OUT of your comfort zone?
